Head of Art Education Department speech

Based on the belief in the fundamental value of art in developing the individual and preparing them in various fields of arts, the idea of establishing the Department of Art Education was crystallized to work on preparing the individual academically, aesthetically, educationally, technically, and technologically, so that they can practice in the fields of visual arts and contribute to enriching and reviving the world around us and lifting up art and people.

It is important to remember that the department has only recently been established as a qualitative and unique department within Jordan with its Bachelor of Art Education program. As such, it aspires to offer more academic programs in the near future in the various fields of arts, at both the bachelors degree and postgraduate level, responding to the needs of the local and regional market, providing comprehensive educational and research programs. The department aims to provide a unique educational environment in the disciplines of visual arts and design at Hashemite University.
